Basic Meditation

We stress, our body are affected, not only the body but also the mind. Study show that one of relieved about stress is Meditation. When we stress our body respond and pump out adrenaline that cause increasing our heart rate, blood pressure and sending more blood to our muscles. Meditation show’s those people perform are less stress, lower blood pressure, muscled tension and also help the immune system. All of this many effects, meditation is now prescribe for those have depression and anxiety. Other benefits from meditation help such as ailments of heart diseases, ulcer, headaches, hypertension, and asthma.

Here some tips of basic Meditation

1. Pick time. If you want to meditate choose a time you don’t have any work.

2. Choose a place. A corner that you are comfortable or room at your home.

3. Start by stretching. Wear comfortable clothing, do slow motion deep breathing.

4. Get comfortable. Assume meditation position such as sitting on chair, cross- legged position or lay on bed.

5. Concentrate in your breathing. Breathe through your nostril and focus of your meditation.

6. Bring it back. When your mind wanders, guide it back to your breath and bring it to your mind and imagine some wonderful things like cloud or flowers.

Today many of us encounter problem about our weight. If you are weight conscious person, watch your food intake like less in calories and more nutrients will do. So much weight can be fatal it’s developed high blood sugar ingredients to diabetes, hearth attack and also developed hypertension. Obesity now days been recognized as a health menace. More study determined that men with round bellies are two times more risk to likely suffer from stroke. What’s the best way to loss a fat? Some undergone liposuctions reduce and removed the fat tissue below the skin, if you had money to take such operations? The simple way to shrink out your waistline and belly is to cut down calories, fat foods and do some exercise. Jogging also can help too with the combination of power walking at least 3x a week. Cardiovascular exercised with strength training are also the best for the fat round belly. Consult first a doctor before doing such activities training and think positive on what you do.

farewell to my aunt

Happiness cannot be found from external factors. And it doesn’t come from cash, luxurious living or clothes that your wearing. Happiness  comes from within ourself. I discovered that the most important things in life aren’t material things. People who become part of our lives bring us happiness. I remember, when my aunt  was  still alive, she always reminded us  that we must be respectful to our parents, save more for the future and be good Christianssunset. Eventually, I follow her advice. I know she’s now in heaven, a resting place where there’s no anxiety, sickness or worries–Always happiness and everlasting life. To my aunt where ever you are right now, we miss you and we love you. Go on your new journey, even we miss you so much. Always remember that our prayers and care will never be less. We love you!

aunt passed away

My aunt passej0282742d away yesterday. All of us were sad for not seeing her for the last times of her breathe. The day before she died, we talked and scheduled another visit of her but unfortunately it’s not the way we want to see. Maybe it’s God’s plan to take her life to rest for her not to suffer more pain that she was encountered. Since she was died in her son’s house, which is too far from our home, we cannot travel her body were her daughter and parents buried, due to lack of cash to pay all the expenses. Sad to say, she will be buried in the place were close family members and relatives cannot visit her tomb. But anyway, she will have a descent burial for the last time. I will miss my aunt for she is the only sister of my mother. She has a strong personality but she has a kind heart and you can lend on her when you’re in times of problem. I will never forget her for she’s always in my hearts. I know she’s happy right now and I pray that her soul may rest in peace.

Accomplising myself to look good

I’m a bit alarm of myself, I gained so much weight. I wanted to look good on myself and that’s the problem, I’m not committed to look my diet. I eat so much junk food and most of my bloodline was high blood and overweight. My friend advice me to take some exercise or body lifting. I solicited some advice and talk to them with my friends what should I do? Some of them advice me to have a crash diet or skipping meals. I can’t stand on that because of the nature of my work, so I decided to start exercising, and go with my friends whom they have daily routine on body lifting. Just three months, I lost a little bit weight, now my waistline is 34 before its 36.

Some helpful tips that can start at your own home.

1. Eat slowly and chew the food properly.

2. Avoid, starchy and oily foods.

3. Don’t eat so much and eat some leafy vegetables.

4. Get some copies of a body lifting leaflets that can help and reduce weight.

5. Think positive always what you do.

6. Enjoy life.
