We stress, our body are affected, not only the body but also the mind. Study show that one of relieved about stress is Meditation. When we stress our body respond and pump out adrenaline that cause increasing our heart rate, blood pressure and sending more blood to our muscles. Meditation show’s those people perform are less stress, lower blood pressure, muscled tension and also help the immune system. All of this many effects, meditation is now prescribe for those have depression and anxiety. Other benefits from meditation help such as ailments of heart diseases, ulcer, headaches, hypertension, and asthma.
Here some tips of basic Meditation
1. Pick time. If you want to meditate choose a time you don’t have any work.
2. Choose a place. A corner that you are comfortable or room at your home.
3. Start by stretching. Wear comfortable clothing, do slow motion deep breathing.
4. Get comfortable. Assume meditation position such as sitting on chair, cross- legged position or lay on bed.
5. Concentrate in your breathing. Breathe through your nostril and focus of your meditation.
6. Bring it back. When your mind wanders, guide it back to your breath and bring it to your mind and imagine some wonderful things like cloud or flowers.
