Exercise and diet are the keys to losing weight. I shared these ways with my sister recently because I noticed that she’s gaining weight it’s year. Sometimes I received text message from her complaining and experience difficult to breath. She also has a high blood pressure.
I advised her to have regular check-up so that the blood pressure is monitored. I found out diet and exercise can’t immediately cut out overweight. It is not an overnight thing. It takes determination and consistency. Anyhow, losing weight rapidly may cause some health problems someday. Take it step-by-step cut out first excessive fats in your food intakes, so that the body can burn the calories easily. Cutting off soda can completely save you from the average of 360 calories each day. Some fruits or whole milk can add unnecessary calories to our daily intake on them. Instead drink up lots of water and switch the whole milk to soymilk. If you feel full stop eating, they’re no reason to eat so much food. Eating slowly can help our body to give chance and recognize that we have enough to eat. Crash diet and exercise routines will not help us to attend our desire to lose weight. We need to focus on realistic, achievable goals. Small changes can make a big difference in our health. We need to eat fats to be healthy as well in moderate and balance way. Gradual in losing weight is the best key if possible. Small changes are easier to stick with.
