Sensation and feelings

Smile is a precious commodity. Here some exercise that maybe will help us to work toward the relaxation out of which the honest smile we grow.

Try to relax in a moment to get in touch with your sensation and feelings, turn off the radio, television, or telephone. Permit your self to lie down in your favorite bed. First stretch your feet, let your arms rest, your body and mind to relax. No can see you at this moment. Disregard the bills that have to paid or postpone any telephone alls. This is the time you have earned it. Close your eyes focus and feel your body in heavy. Your torso through your legs to your toes. Permit your self to relax and experience the feeling of heaviness for about 30 seconds. Gradually experience the sensation of heaviness dissipating as all tension in your body turns into liquid flowing out your fingertips and toes. As you fell the heaviness and tension have left your body, fell the pleasant warm sun radiating through your body until your breath becomes deep and regular. Once our body is in state of full relaxation. Start to relax your face. You’re fore head; relax the area around your mouth until your jaw drop, relax your body or eyes until they open slightly. Continue your deep and regular breathing as you listen the surrounding you, but refrain from any concentrating tem.

Let your thoughts move your head with out holding unto any of them. Then open your eyes, wide, smile, and stretch your body. And fell fleshed and happy.
