Essential foods for babies.

Health and food intake is one of the most concerns for our child. We ask ourselves when we should start giving vitamins and nutritious foods to our child. What is the best way to ensure our child will be healthy in her growing up years?

A study of pediatric in the USA, indicates and reveled that early vitamins intake in infants can develop asthma and food allergies. That’s why most pediatrician strongly recommend vitamins should not be given in her early stage, mother should breastfeed there babies instead of giving them milk formula. Only the pediatrician can prescribe a vitamin since they are the one who can determine if our child needs it or not. Also for the toddlers we should encourage to eat vegetables in a variety ways. Milk is important too and essentials for our child. It requires drinking four glasses of milk per day and limiting their intake of soda and juices. In the other way try dairy products such as milk shakes, natural cheese or yogurts. It is good to add calcium-rich food in their diet like salmon, tofu and spinach.
