IMGP0010 Many of us like to have a firm and healthy body. That’s why today there are more conscious of their food intake. We should never fail to look upon the total amount of fat in our diet. Mostly fats and calories can cause some serious problem like heart diseases, high blood and many more.

The best way to cut off  the excess fat that stored in our body, we should begin to take smaller serving of those foods especially the fatty meats, baked goods and sweet. We must also cut down our calories, but don’t cut them out. We can reduce on plain, common-scene diet by simply consuming less. Don’t skip meals, if you do this you are just taking out some calories that needs our body in our daily activities. Just cut down those unwanted or consume less of fats and calories. Expand yourself in a physical activity especially jogging, walking, cycling and swimming. With this activity it’s help a lot in reducing of fats that stored in our body and never forgot to check on your weight on a reliable set of scale once each week. We should recognize that some people could gain weight more easily than other and some people lose weight more easily. Three steps of relaxation

Perform this exercise twice a day, preferably when you get up in the morning or before going to sleep.

- Stretch your legs, feeling tension in all muscles. Stretch them tighter; hold for a few seconds. Then let go, and feel relaxation spreading through all the muscles of your toes, feet calves and thighs. Repeat with your arms, chest, stomach, and back to your face.
- Take a very slow deep breath exercise, and hold for about 12 seconds, slowly let it out, feeling tension and anxieties pouring out as you do. Repeat it twice.
- Think of pleasant scenes, events and things that make you feel calm and relaxed, feeling relaxation throughout your body. Feel the sensation of relaxation that the scene aroused. Repeat to yourself as you see and experience the scene. I feel calm and relaxed.
- Recall a scene or events that makes you feel tense or angry, and see and feel it as vividly as you can. Switch to calm, relaxed scene immediately. Let yourself feel calm and relaxed, repeat twice. As you remain relaxed, see your tense, angry scene-but this time, don’t let it bother you.

This exercise method helps me a lot, when I’m feeling stress or exhausted in work.
