Nowadays people enjoy massage to the feet –one of the sensitive parts of the body. Reflexology are known today because it offers tremendous health benefits like it reduces stress, improves blood circulations, cleanse the body of impurities toxins and revitalize energy levels. With the help of special grip technique and the action of the thumb on the foot it develop more intricate zone system.
