If you are leading to a healthier life one of the good things you shall do is stop smoking, if you are a smoker person. If you give up smoking, a self – imposed pollutions can lower your risk of developing of lung cancer, heart attacks and serious lung cancer. Your sense of smell will improve and you wont get breathless quickly.
The second is eating a balance diet that’s including carbohydrates, proteins meats and fish. And never less take also some fruits and vegetables. Its better to take smaller portion of sugar products, this will help to prevent becoming an overweight or obese. Other people are salty-sensitive; therefore use less salt and sauces in your cooking. Salt cause your body to retain water, which may lead into high blood pressure. Instead of salt try to use such as spices and herbs to flavor your food instead of Soya sauce, tomato sauce or chili sauce. Avoid canned foods and use fresh meats vegetable instead. Exercise regularly spends about 5 minutes doing warm up, stretching exercise before during and after your main exercise. Remember, the aim is to exercise 3 to 5 times a week, 15 to 30 minutes each time until your sweat and breath deeply without getting breathless. Start slowly and gradually then increase the amount and duration of the exercise you do until you reach your target. Always be a positive towards on the things you do and be happy always. Maintain good relationship and social interactions with your family. Make good use of your time, take a new hobby like chess, painting or do things for others. Try to be independent and keep your mind active to stay in touch in current events by watching TV, listening radio and reading newspaper. Maintain a busy routine.
