Meal Planning

I meet a lot of people who have a problem on there diet, they spent too much and eat much. One of the advice i gave is to have a meal planing. Meal planing is to provide balanced nutrition with consideration of the family and food budget. At first it find a time-consuming or boring. But the benefits are plenty and better health through good nutrition. Know your capacity and balance your expenses with inexpensive foods or dishes in a meal. Don’t plan a meal where all dishes are expensive. Consider foods in a season and don’t plan to baked potatoes when you’ve got no oven. Having a meal planing will help save a lot of money, time, food waste and away from obesity. There should be at least 5 hours interval between meal for digestion efficiency. A regular meal will digested in a 4 to 5 hours depending on its composition. Having at least a 5 hours in between meals it’s automatically discharges snacking. It is highly recommended that we should take our days last meal at least 3 hours before bedtime. Breakfast should be the heaviest meal and the supper the lightest. This because most of our activity are concentrated early in the day and we need more energy in the morning. This ensure we can be more restful sleep and better weight control. Also fruits are scheduled during breakfast and supper and vegetables, during lunch time. Thus the fruit we ate and vegetables will met by the end of the day.
