I meet a lot of people who have a problem on there diet, they spent too much and eat much. One of the advice i gave is to have a meal planing. Meal planing is to provide balanced nutrition with consideration of the family and food budget. At first it find a time-consuming or boring. But the benefits are plenty and better health through good nutrition. Know your capacity and balance your expenses with inexpensive foods or dishes in a meal. Don’t plan a meal where all dishes are expensive. Consider foods in a season and don’t plan to baked potatoes when you’ve got no oven. Having a meal planing will help save a lot of money, time, food waste and away from obesity. There should be at least 5 hours interval between meal for digestion efficiency. A regular meal will digested in a 4 to 5 hours depending on its composition. Having at least a 5 hours in between meals it’s automatically discharges snacking. It is highly recommended that we should take our days last meal at least 3 hours before bedtime. Breakfast should be the heaviest meal and the supper the lightest. This because most of our activity are concentrated early in the day and we need more energy in the morning. This ensure we can be more restful sleep and better weight control. Also fruits are scheduled during breakfast and supper and vegetables, during lunch time. Thus the fruit we ate and vegetables will met by the end of the day.

I been observing my friend this few months, she lose weight. I asked her and share with me about the things she do. She skipping meal and dieting without proper consultation from dieticians. Diet is good, but without proper regiment it can lead complication. Lately, she complaining sleepless at night and worst of all lack of interest on food. I worried about her condition, some of her co-worker suspected that she’s on stage of anorexia nervosa. On my personal research this Anorexia Nervosa is an eating disorder marked by a fear of getting fat. This disorder attributed to affects of severe weight lost and mostly women are affected to it. This disorder is hard to treat and sometimes it leads to death if not recovered immediately or complications such as cardiac arrest.

These are some symptoms that a person has Anorexia Nervosa.

-	Extreme weight loss
-	Aversion on food (no appetite and food intake).
-	Constipation, at times.
-	Loss of normal body hair and nail problems.
-	Irritability and irrational behavior, especially regarding food.
-	Preoccupation with weighing. Anorexics tend to check their weight several times.
-	Bulimia (gorging on food, then inducing vomiting or purging).

Complications.

-	Severe illness because the body lack of nourishment.
-	Organ damage or failure.
-	Anemia or lack of vitamin and minerals.

If you think you are in this symptoms its better to consult immediately a doctor before it may get worse, or refer some dieticians. A therapy or psychologist it will help and to prevent this eat a balance diet. If you must tom loss weight, start a scientific weight-reduction program but only after consulting dieticians.

Did you know red meat is the richest source of iron? The livers particularly and there are also other meats have iron like the chicken, turkey, pork, fish and shellfish. While other resource like vegetables, nuts, and seeds are good in iron too. Increase your energy level by eating iron rich foods. They are sources of the air and strengthen our body to sustain our daily activity. The body can’t absorb the iron as easily as from animal’s sources. Now iron is added to some food we like to eat like for cereal, dread and pasta.

Here are some 2 ways to increase the level of iron in our body.

-	Don’t drink coffee or tea because it contains polyphenol that can decrease the absorption of iron. Polyphenol tends to block in the iron and it makes more difficult to be absorb.
- Take foods with a high amount of vitamin c like orange because it keeps absorb the iron better.

Many people have been misconception about allergies. First and fore most it is important to understand the fact about food sensitivities. On the other hand, true food allergy that many confuse with food tolerance is manifested through symptoms that quickly appear within minutes to an hour after eating the offending food. The symptoms associated with true food allergies are usually skin-related, such as hives, rashes and respiratory system and difficulty in breathing and asthma. A true food allergy may also cause one to experience the common food borne illness symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea.

-	At home have a list prominently posted in the kitchen for your household to take note of, just incase someone who does not know your family sensitivities brings you food.
-	When grocery shopping, read product labels carefully about the ingredients used in the disk that you are about to order.

If you can’t eat your burger without fries then you may have a serious potato addiction or a very healthy appreciation of these tuberous crops. And to those looking for a low labor method of growing potatoes, the no till way is the perfect choice.

What you need:
-	A plot of land to plant your potatoes. (This may be a part of the yard if you want)
-	Bales of straw or hay.
-	1 kilogram of potatoes seeds.

What will you do?
-	Cut each potatoes seed to about one fourth of its size.
-	On your plot of land, make rows on the ground about 1 meter part.
-	Set a piece of potato about every 0.5 meter.
-	Cover the rows with straw or hay, at least 0.3 m wide and 15 cm deep in the center.
-	Wait for the taters to take root within a few days. When the leaves of the potato plant poke through the straw and add a few more bales of straw and keep adding as the potatoes keep growing.

Some reminders:

1.	If the ground is very dry, give the straw a good soaking just until it is able to hold enough moisture to take care of the potato plants.
2.	When bugs attack your potatoes, whip out your garden gloves and squish these creatures’ dead. You may also spray them with pesticide, but make sure you use the organic variety.

Less common stone are composed of uric acid, cystine, or magnesium ammonium phosphate. A stone that blocks the flow of urine or causes infection must be removed either surgically or by sound or shock waves to break up the stone into pieces that can be easily eliminated from the body. The person who has a kidney stone may experience recurrence but reports suggest that with proper treatment, a recurrence may be prevented.

-	Recurrent urinary tract infections
-	Renal tubular acidosis
-	Vitamin D intoxication (overdose)

Probable symptoms

-	Mild pain. This occurs when small pieces of the stone break off and travel down with the urine through the ureters. The pain usually starts in the back, just below the ribs and follows the path of the stone. Once the stone reaches the blade the pain normally subsides.
-	Severe stabbing pain, the result if the large stone enters an ureters.

Helpful Dietary Management

-	Eat a diet low in sodium and low to moderate in protein plus a high fluid intake.
-	Drink enough water –about 8 ½ glasses (eight ouch glass) spread within the day at regular intervals to maintain a urine volume of 2 liters per day. Maintaining a large urine volume ensures that mineral concentrations in the urine will be diluted, therefore reducing the risk of stone formation.
-	Eat fresh, natural foods instead of processed canned meats.
-	Avoid commercial chips and crackers.
-	Reduce sodium in the diet, gradually
-	Avoid tea, coffee, alcoholic and carbonated beverages
-	Read labels. Sodium can be found in food, water, medicines, toothpastes, and mouthwash.
