We have to learn to give with our hearts. when we help from the very soul of ourselves, there can be no consciousness of a helper separate from the one who is being help.

There is a way of living is the law that helps others; to the extent that you forget yourself, you are free to help the world.

Action and understanding are unified in the will. An act of will that does not carry within itself understanding is no true will at all.

For a bright future, resolve to move past what ever obstacles may hold back, pray for guidance, trust the Lord in times of worries and troubles. Replace your worries with intelligent concern and analyze your problem, decide how to solve it.

Be practical in every opportunity to come, however a little  it seems, to improve the situation.
Never forgot to set goals and make plans for the future. faith in GOD can gave you strength and develop an attitude of gratitude and give to others.

If you are leading to a healthier life one of the good things you shall do is stop smoking, if you are a smoker person. Exercise regularly spends about 5 minutes doing warm up, stretching exercise before during and after your main exercise. Remember, the aim is to exercise 3 to 5 times a week, 15 to 30 minutes each time until your sweat and breath deeply without getting breathless. Start slowly and gradually then increase the amount and duration of the exercise you do until you reach your target. Always be a positive towards on the things you do and be happy always. Maintain good relationship and social interactions with your family. Make good use of your time, take a new hobby like chess, painting or do things for others. Try to be independent and keep your mind active to stay in touch in current events by watching TV, listening radio and reading newspaper. Maintain a busy routine.

Loss of interest on Food

I been observing my friend this few months, she lose weight. I asked her and share with me about the things she do. She skipping meal and dieting without proper consultation from dieticians. Diet is good, but without proper regiment it can lead complication. Lately, she complaining sleepless at night and worst of all lack of interest on food. I worried about her condition, some of her co-worker suspected that she’s on stage of anorexia nervosa. On my personal research this Anorexia Nervosa is an eating disorder marked by a fear of getting fat. This disorder attributed to affects of severe weight lost and mostly women are affected to it. This disorder is hard to treat and sometimes it leads to death if not recovered immediately or complications such as cardiac arrest.

These are some symptoms that a person has Anorexia Nervosa.

- Extreme weight loss
- Aversion on food (no appetite and food intake).
- Constipation, at times.
- Loss of normal body hair and nail problems.
- Irritability and irrational behavior, especially regarding food.
- Preoccupation with weighing. Anorexics tend to check their weight several times.
- Bulimia (gorging on food, then inducing vomiting or purging).

Complications.

- Severe illness because the body lack of nourishment.
- Organ damage or failure.
- Anemia or lack of vitamin and minerals.

If you think you are in this symptoms its better to consult immediately a doctor before it may get worse, or refer some dieticians.
