She skipping meal and dieting without proper consultation from dieticians. Diet is good, but without proper regiment it can lead complication. Lately, she complaining sleepless at night and worst of all lack of interest on food. I worried about her condition, some of her co-worker suspected that she’s on stage of anorexia nervosa. On my personal research this Anorexia Nervosa is an eating disorder marked by a fear of getting fat. This disorder attributed to affects of severe weight lost and mostly women are affected to it. This disorder is hard to treat and sometimes it leads to death if not recovered immediately or complications such as cardiac arrest.</p>
<p>These are some symptoms that a person has Anorexia Nervosa.</p>
<p>-	Extreme weight loss<br />
-	Aversion on food (no appetite and food intake).<br />
-	Constipation, at times.<br />
-	Loss of normal body hair and nail problems.<br />
-	Irritability and irrational behavior, especially regarding food.<br />
-	Preoccupation with weighing. Anorexics tend to check their weight several times.<br />
-	Bulimia (gorging on food, then inducing vomiting or purging).</p>
<p>Complications.</p>
<p>-	Severe illness because the body lack of nourishment.<br />
-	Organ damage or failure.<br />
-	Anemia or lack of vitamin and minerals.</p>
<p>If you think you are in this symptoms its better to consult immediately a doctor before it may get worse, or refer some dieticians. A therapy or psychologist it will help and to prevent this eat a balance diet. If you must tom loss weight, start a scientific weight-reduction program but only after consulting dieticians.</p>

When the skin on your foot rubs continuously against your shoe it cause blister, it also caused by burning including sunburn, freezing, skin infection or exposure to chemicals.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Foot blister are the most common the best way to prevent blister from getting infected is to take care of the area where the blister located. Sometimes blister can be very painful because of the broken skin. To additional protection, cover the blister with adhesive bandage, for larger blister use a gauze pad that can absorb moisture. If the pain prevents you from walking consult a doctor before attempting to puncture a blister. Dealing with blister might not be difficult, but they’re some possible infection. It is important to make sure your hands; blister and puncturing tool are clean. First wash your hand and the part with blister with sop and water. Disinfect the blister for the second time with iodine or alcohol. Once the blister is cleaned, use sterilized sharp needles to puncture the blister near the edge. Allow the fluid the drain on its own leaving the skin intact. After the fluid has drained apply some antibiotic ointment on the blister and cover with gauze pad. Replace the pad at least once a day. Shiatsu treatment usually very effective for relieving stress and headache but if your head persist consult a doctor. Avoid the treatment during pregnancy.</p>
<p>1.	Establish communication with your partner by placing booth hands loosely on either side of the neck. Gently massage the shoulder; this helps to relax the breathing and creates a feeling of relaxation.<br />
2.	Right: tilt the head to the side and support with the palm of the hand so that the neck muscle can relax. Place the forearm across the shoulder and apply gentle downward pressure; holds for 5-10 seconds and then repeat with the other side. This movement is particularly good for opening the meridians running along the shoulder and neck.<br />
3.	Supporting the head with the left hand, work with the thumb and forefinger applying gentle pressure forms the base of the neck t the nape. Hold at the nape of the neck for five seconds and then release the built –up tension.<br />
4.	Tilt the head back slightly supporting it on your chest. Place your thumbs on the temples with the fingers loosely resting on either side of the face. Gently rotate the thumbs in small forward movements.<br />
5.	Find the pressure points just above the inner corner of each eye. Apply gently pressure with the middle fingers to help disperse the pain. Hold the pressure points for five seconds.<br />
6.	Position your thumbs on either side of the head just above the hairline-approximately two inches (5cm) apart-with palms pressed flat along the sides of the face. Press the thumbs evenly back along the top of the head. This is a sensitive but invigorating movement to end the treatment.</p>
